What data we collect

The public marketing pages use no analytics or tracking pixels.

If you use the contact form, we receive the data you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), and message. Submitting the form is voluntary.

If you use the client portal, we store a session cookie after you log in with a one-time email code so we can keep you signed in. We also store the client, project, document, and payment records needed to run that portal.

Purpose and legal basis

We process contact-form data solely to respond to your inquiry and to conduct any resulting business relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

Email delivery via Resend

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us as email through Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA, USA. Resend processes the submitted data on our behalf as a processor. Customer relationship management via HubSpot

Contact-form submissions are also recorded in our CRM, provided by HubSpot, Inc., 2 Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA, which processes the submitted data on our behalf as a processor. Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses. Submissions are sent to HubSpot from our server. We do not embed HubSpot forms or tracking scripts on this website, so HubSpot sets no cookies on your device and cannot track your browsing here.

Client portal

The client portal is invite-only. Login uses a six-digit code emailed to you (no password). That creates a session cookie so you stay signed in.

Project files you can view in the portal (PDF, Word, and images) are stored with Vercel Blob. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe acts as a processor for the data needed to complete payment.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109, USA. When you visit the site, the hosting provider technically processes connection data (such as your IP address, time of request, and browser information) in server logs as necessary to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

We keep contact inquiries only as long as needed to handle them and to maintain any resulting business relationship, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply. Records held in our CRM are deleted on request unless a statutory obligation requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
