Sign & graphics manufacturer
Quoting, production management, CRM, and shipping each lived in a separate product, stitched together by hand at every step and heavily dependent on people relaying information between departments. Client calls and emails slipped through, and defective work kept leaving the shop. We designed and built a custom system that connects them into one seamless company process — from the first quote to after-shipment support — and redesigned the workflows around it, not just the software.
Several disconnected systems now run as one process, end to end — defects down, and client response time cut from up to 12 business days to 2.

A premium remodeling company needed more than a website. We designed and built their web presence end to end, provide ongoing marketing services, and set up a CRM connected to the site so every inquiry lands in one pipeline.

About
We started on the other side of the table.
dvmade began when Vitalii was running a construction business and needed a website that could bring in customers without third-party platforms. Every agency seemed to expect him to already know what the site should look like, what pages it needed, and what should go on them.
Danyil came from software and approached it differently. Instead of asking for answers the client didn't have, he helped find them.
We believe you shouldn't have to become an IT expert just to hire one. You should be able to come to us with a business problem — not a finished technical brief — and expect us to help figure out what actually makes sense.
Sometimes that's a website. Sometimes it's a CRM, ERP, integration, or improving a system you already use. And sometimes the right answer is not to build anything new at all.
We're not trying to sell you the biggest project we can. We'd rather understand your business, build something that genuinely improves it, and still be the people you call when the next problem comes up.
